What this is
Baraza 5 is operated by Future Factory. It simulates a board of directors using AI models prompted to reason in the style of well-known founders and investors. The directors are characterisations, not the real people, and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or speaking for them.

Everything the board produces is commercial judgement for you to weigh — not legal, financial, investment, medical or tax advice, and not a substitute for a professional who is accountable for it. Decisions you take after reading it remain yours.
Accuracy
Models make things up with total confidence, including numbers and specific facts. Treat any figure, regulation or market claim as something to verify, not as a finding. Two directors may also contradict each other — that disagreement is the product working, not a fault.
Credits
Each director's answer in a board meeting costs two credits, so a four-seat board costs eight credits per round, and a debate round costs the same again. A private question to one director costs three credits; the Chairman's Summary and hearing an answer read aloud cost three each. Credits are consumed when a director answers, which means a partly completed meeting consumes credits for the seats that did answer; an answer that fails to arrive is refunded automatically. Credits are not refundable for a change of mind. Some features — debates, voice, boards of more than three directors, bringing a director in mid-meeting and more than one company — are for members: anyone who has bought a credit pack. Prices vary by country.
Your account
Keep your email access and your PIN to yourself; anyone with either can reach your boards. Do not put anything into a brief or journal that you are not permitted to share with a third-party model provider.
Ownership and fair use
The Baraza 5 name and logo, the app, its design, the director characterisations and the prompts and methods behind them belong to Baraza 5 and are protected by copyright and trademark law. Your meetings, briefs and journal belong to you. You may not copy, modify, decompile, reverse engineer or redistribute the app; build a competing product from it; access the service through anything other than the official app; or scrape, resell or automate requests to it. Breaking these terms ends your right to use the service, and unused credits on an account closed for this reason are not refunded.
